I have a huge range of high quality artificial flowers available and will choose the right colours to match your occasion and Organic Balloon colours. There are two choices standard and opulant, depending on how many flowers and greenery you would like in your garland.
Upon delivery and set up of the Hire Item, you will be required to fill out and sign a Hire Agreement. Your credit card details will be taken, as security against loss or damage.
In the event of the item becoming broken, you agree to replace the item to its full replacement value plus a 10% administration fee.
