Refund policy
Refunds for Cancellations are only available after written notification of at least a week prior to the date.
A Refund will be issued less fees and charges made by Shopify.
If stock has been purchased on your behalf, then this cost will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, your deposit or prepayment can go towards another booking.
If the item is defective, please return the item to me straight away (within the hour) and I will replace it.
Once the items have been made (garlands the day before) no refund can be granted as stock and time have already been used.
